//:onesmallstar [about us]

life is short.
wear what
*you* love.

named for a poem by wislawa szymborska and founded in boston in 2004, one small star produces two lines of unique handmade jewelry.

one combines sterling silver with semi-precious stones, corals, woods, swarovskis, and vintage buttons in delicately simple earrings, bracelets and necklaces.

the other line mixes the same materials with recycled/repurposed objects including aluminum, hvac flashing, hardware, office supplies, and CDs for edgy, urban conversation pieces.

the results are one-of-a-kind or few-of-a-kind.

we're also happy to take on rehab projects or custom work for weddings and other celebrations.
please feel free to contact info@onesmallstar.com for more information or to get together and talk jewelry.

thanks again to everyone who has supported
us so far!

originally from texas, designer jennifer farmer is not the author
of 'just be' or any other poem published online, nor is she the
actress at www.jenfarmer.com, although she wishes both well.
she does have an mfa in creative writing, although what that
has to do with jewelry or the price of gas we're not sure.
